Expressions of Interest NOW OPEN – Exmouth Business Hub, Limited office spaces available.

We have been working hard and can now officially open expressions of interest for our new business hub. The business hub is like nothing else Exmouth has to offer and an opportunity for businesses not to be missed.

Located in the central business area of Exmouth (old Shire Offices) at 16 – 22 Maidstone Crescent, this ideal location offers an abundance of free parking, is easy to find and walking distance to essential business services such as; bank, post office and central shopping precinct. The business hub has been created to bring together and foster co-operation among members and businesses from all types of industries from commercial, industrial and professional.

This legacy project will pave the way for growth and economic sustainability through improving business capacity and confidence, By providing members access to essential business equipment and services this will aid the Chamber in delivery of the capacity building activities mapped ours for our local business community.

The Chamber is currently seeking expressions of interest for the 7 office spaces available to lease. Details of these spaces and the facilities of the hub are as follows:

We have 7 office spaces available for lease:

Office 1: 2.8m x 3.78m, 1 Desk

Office 2: 2.91m x 3.78m, 1 Desk

Office 3: 2.97m x 3.79m, 1 Desk

Office 4: 4.55m x 3.79m, 2 Desks

Office 5: 4.57 x 3.4m, 2 Desks

Office 6: 4.89 x 3.4m, 2 Desks

Office 7: 4.99 x 3.4m, 2 Desks

The leases at the Business Hub will also include the following:

– 24 / 7 Secure Building Access.

– Secure swipe card access to your office.

– Use of our high-end Fuji Xerox Multifunction Commercial Printer inclusive of A3 and Booklet Printing.

– Use of our high-end laminator and communal shredding facility.

– Each tenant will be provided with 1 x 900mm W x 450mm D x 1800mm H,  lockable storage cabinet in the common storage area.

– High-speed internet

– Kitchen Facilities

– Common area lounge

– Large Boardroom with high-end AV Technology

– Meeting room with high-end AV Technology

– Free parking

Each office will be fitted out with the following:

– Receptionist 5 days a week Mon to Friday: 9 am to 5 pm

Lease agreements will be inclusive of all overhead costs including, power, water and internet. Tenants will be charged monthly at a cost per click rate for printing.
